What quality is your hair?
Opulence only gives you the best! 100% remy human hair. Remy means that the hair (cuticle) all lies in the same direction. This prevents tangling.

What length of hair do you offer?
18' straight, 20' wavy, 22' straight.

How many colors of hair do you offer?
Opulence gives you 36 color choices in our 18" straight. We also carry 13 colors for our synthetic clip-ins. See our site for colors in wavy and 22".

Can you color the hair?
Yes, but it is not suggested because the hair has already been through a process to achieve the various colors we provide it in. Coloring the hair facilitates damage and difficulty of satisfaction your client may experience. Remember, hair extensions are no longer attached to the follicle for natural nourishment.

Can the hair be curled or straighten?
Yes, we encourage it! Remember Opulence offers 100% human hair so you can put heat to the hair and it will be fine.

How does the hair hold up if you are in the water a lot?
As any stylist who is familiar with extensions can tell you, swimming or other activities in water are not suggested with extensions. It is hard on the hair to constantly be wet and then dried. Remember the hair is not attached to the follicle of the scalp for nourishment. So, it can quickly dry out from constant wetting and drying.

How many strands are in a bag of hair?
Opulence gives you 20 strands per bag.

How many bags would it take to do a full head of hair extensions?
It depends on the client. Thin hair may require 6 to 8 bags of hair, thick hair may require 10 - 12 depending on the size of head and the thickness of the hair. And just remember if your client has short hair you need to make sure and add more hair to help blend the weight line of their short hair.

Is there any difference in doing the bead or bond hair extensions?
The bead is better for use on someone with thick hair and the bond can be used on someone with thinner hair. The bond tends to be more discrete, good for the fringe and crown. The bead is a faster way of applying and removing the extensions.

Do you offer classes?
We offer classes locally but for those who are out of state we offer a great comprehensive training DVD that teaches how to put the extensions in and how to take them out, including how to care for the extensions.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the USA is $10.00 Priority mail. Express mail is $32.00 an means you should have the package within a day (for most areas). International shipping is $45.00 and is for all clients located outside the USA.

How many days will it take to get my order?
With in the USA, about 2-4 days Priority mail. Express mail tents to be "next day".

Does Opulence guarantee arrival times?
Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we can give you an idea of when the package will arrive. We encourage you to make orders a good four days in advance for plenty of time for shipping.

Do you offer clip-ins?
YES!!!

How many colors of clip-ins do you offer?
Opulence offers 13 different colors that are all blends, meaning they have 2 colors in the clip-in, adding dimension and depth!

What are the clip-ins made of?
They are made of a high heat resistant synthetic, so you can still curl or straighten the hair.

Why are the clip-ins not human hair?
A clip-in is for those clients who don't, or can't spend a lot of money on long hair or they don't want all the up keep of real hair extensions.

How many pieces come in your clip-ins?
Opulence gives you a 10 piece clip-in per pack.

Do you have any certain shampoo or conditioners for the hair?
Opulence does not have their own brand of shampoo or conditioners. We simply encourage the stylist and the client to use quality products for best results.

What kind of brush should I use?
We recommend a paddle brush like the one on our site. This brush yields the best results we have seen for the different types of brushes we've compared it to.

How often should I wash my hair?
With extensions you should only wash up to two times a week.

What would help keep the hair in good shape?
Opulence has an amazing quality hair and because it is Indian, it's a strong hair. So, we strongly recommend daily curling, or straightening of the hair. We also encourage brushing the hair throughout the day (3-4 times). Using quality conditioners is also helpful.

Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not exchange, replace or return hair. In the rare event your client has experienced dissatisfaction, it is most likely the result of improper hair care, not bad hair quality! This is why the client must be properly educated on correct hair care set forth by Opulence and why they should be followed strictly! If they do, they WILL have a good experience just like the many hundreds of our customers who continue to order repeatedly because of their high satisfaction.
